Research Group Meeting - November, 23th, 2015

The meeting was dedicated to analyze the evolution of the article of Luis Gabriel, Bruno Fernandes and Amir Rezaee: "HPWS, climate and performance", which was approved at the Academy of Management conference in February 2016 in Australia. The group discussed various issues, especially the results’ interpretation. Professor Amir Rezaee, of ISG Paris, attended the meeting and assisted the group in the discussions.

The next meeting will be dedicated to discuss the evolution of Franco and Gracyele research: GVT

In the meeting the group discussed the article of Vanusa and Luis Gabriel Santos Labour Systems High Performance: analysis of the practices of the best companies to work for in Brazil according to the taxonomy of Posthuma et al (2013). The group contributed with several issues.
