Research Group Meeting - Monday, April 13th, 2015

The meeting aimed to discuss the presentations of the research proposal of master's students and Silvia Gerson. The meeting aimed to discuss the presentations of the research proposal of master's students Silvia and Gerson.

Both will work with people with management management practices but with a different theoretical lens. Silvia will examine how people management practices contribute to the achievement of the strategy with a qualitative methodology. Gerson will analyze also qualitatively, how is the process of institutionalization of practices and skills management. Both students will do case studies, and will define whether they are single or multiple.

The group contributed richly towards the projects of master students with questions and doubts related to theoretical lens, the research methodology and data collection strategy. Prof. Bruno emphasized that it is necessary to clarify what this research group understand as people management practices.
