Group meeting - April 18th, 2016

The third meeting of GPECGP was devoted to the presentation and discussion of the research results of graduate student Gerson Almeida whose main theme is People Management Practices (HPWPs) in the best companies to work for, specifically, the research was made in a medical cooperative in Parana. The group had held a previous reading and contributed with suggestions for improvement that will be analyzed and incorporated into the text after student and supervisor’s considerations. Several suggestions regarding the presentation were made such as keep light slides and create a research drawing to enlighten its idea.

After heated debates and group contributions, the group's coordinator, Professor Bruno, delivered general feedback which serve - in some extent - for all group members engaged in their own research development.

The next meeting will be devoted to the discussion of research and project idea of graduate student, Tavany Cibele, who seeks to understand how the competences management institutionalization occurs in a firm located in Curitiba that adopts RHM program for more than 8 years.
