The fifth meeting
of GPECGP aimed to discuss the initial thesis idea and pre-project of PhD
student Gislaine Baniski, which studies the adaptation of people management practices (HPWS) and Interculturality - a
study in a Swedish origin company located in Brazil.
As her work is in pre-project phase, several suggestions provided were
mainly theoretical focused and research methodology related as well as issues
about field data gathering.
The student supervisor, Professor Bruno, made his considerations and stressed that research gap must come from
theory and research methodology should be at the service of what is intended to
search!
